Hi, I’m Aidan! Your empowerment coach and a member of the anxiety community. Though medication and talk therapy brought self-awareness and helped me keep a job, I was still fighting every day to keep my head above water. Through directed education opportunities from experts in the field of mind-body syndromes and the study of happiness as well as working with a life coach, I healed not only my chronic pain syndrome but my relationship with my anxious mind as well. It didn’t come from trying harder or doing more, but by learning how extend myself compassion and building habits that supported my mental wellness so I could welcome more ease into my life. Now I want to bring the same opportunity to you.
